Welcome to our secret sauce: Lean Mean Tools (LMT). LMT is a uniquely dynamic and automated toolset we have authored in-house and continually iterate here at GoLeanMean. The crown jewel of our LMT is a powerful Dashboard (LMD), which displays the key Lean Mean Metrics (LMM) for your business. Early in the program we help you decide what your LMMs are (what you want to measure as part of the validated learning process). The LMD will become the bible of your business, both during your stay and hopefully long after you graduate our program.
